Rungs: Fluted FRP of 32mm x 3mm/ Aluminum of 25mm x 3mm
FRP Rungs are riveted with Side rails to prevent any rung rotation and pullout
Polymer caps are press fitted into the FRP pipes and riveted with epoxy
Extra-heavy duty swivel feet with large non-skid rubber pads/Rubber shoes at bottom
Top side rails are protected with polymer caps for wear and tare protection
Nylon/Polypropelene ropes with Al. casting locks for extension of ladder
250 lbs (110 Kgs) rated capacity: Meets ANSI and OSHA Type 1 rated standards
The fiber reinforced polymer composites profiles will achieve a class 1 flammability rating (< 25) per ASTM E84 TEST method. (Thermoset polyester resin and vinyl ester resins are also available without flame retardant and UV inhibitor additives.)
